What we collect

When you send the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, the building's address and your message. When you call, we see your number. When you email a photo, we get the photo and your email address.

What we use it for

We use it to answer you, to come to the building, and to write your estimate and permit application. We do not sell it. We share it only with the city when a permit needs it and with a supplier when we order a part for your job.

How long we keep it

Job records stay as long as the work needs a record, such as a permit or a warranty question. Messages that never became a job are deleted when you ask.

Asking us to delete it

Call (508) 555-0100 or write to service@kalustianplumbing.com and say what to delete. We confirm when it is done.
